THE 10 THINGS YOU NEED TO WRITE A WISE BOOK

If you want to write and publish a wise book that will make a difference in your readers’ lives, grow your business and expertise in your field, and make your book a bestseller, here are 10 things that are absolutely crucial:

  • A passion for your topic and expertise - you must care deeply about your topic.

  • A clear idea of your book’s core message and your daring willingness to go beneath the surface.

  • A clear understanding of who your audience is and how the wisdom you carry in your field will serve them.

  • A clear development of your chapter pathways (your book’s dynamic story sense).

  • Express your content in a clear, accessible, friendly yet authoritative voice - speak directly to your reader.

  • A willingness to use the power of story–your own experience, real life examples, attraction through narration.

  • Perfection in editing - a well structured and grammar-perfect manuscript.

  • A commitment to do whatever it takes to develop, create, market and publish your book. Stick with the process–it will pay off big-time!

  • A good team to work with you on creating your book and getting it out there (start by considering working with a book mentor).

  • An awareness that your words make a difference in people’s lives–they feel empowered and expanded when they read your book. You open your readers to more promise and possibility in their lives.

If you agree that committing to the above 10 characteristics can give you a wise, lasting, and potentially best-selling book, I’d love to hear from you. Contact me at sharon@writeawisebook.com or fill out the contact form here on my website.
